Shipping
How do Pre-Orders Work?
Our collections are available for purchase during a limited pre-order window. Once the pre-order closes, we place one production order with our manufacturer. After your items are made, they are shipped to APMovement for a quality check before being sent to you or made available for local pickup. This process allows us to offer exclusive collections, premium quality, and limited-edition styles without keeping excess inventory.
How long does shipping take?
2-3 weeks after the pre-order closes unless otherwise specified in the order details
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order ships. If you select local pick up, you will receive an email when those orders are ready for pick up.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Every set is made to order so we do not customarily take returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at apmovementshop@gmail.com
Can I exchange for a different item?
